To keep Bomo looking their best:

  • Keep dry and away from water
  • Spot clean gently with a damp cloth if needed
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing

Fluff & Fuzz

Because Woobbi is made from 100% natural wool, a little fluff or fuzz may appear over time. Simply trim loose fibers with small scissors or gently needle them back into shape.

Shipping & Returns

  • Free standard shipping on domestic orders $75+ and international $150+.
  • We offer a one-time courtesy return or exchange within 30 days. Items must be clean and undamaged. Mystery boxes and customized items are not eligible.
  • We charge a $5 restocking fee for returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective.
